Hey everyone. Here’s my latest wedding. Gordon & Shelley had a beautiful afternoon ceremony at Pine River Ranch near Leavenworth WA. There was a beautiful mountain view from the ceremony area and for the reception, a great old barn that’s been restored with modern amenities.
Around the grounds there were plenty of great locations for portraits including paths meadows and just that great fresh air feeling. The meadows out towards the river had this amazing tall grass. It felt like we were in Sherwood forest.
Shelley & Gordon are getting back from their honeymoon in Kuaui any day, so I wrapped up the editing and designed their storybook album. Here’s the sideshow to bring it all together. Feel free to share your comments. Enjoy… Gav
I photographed this fun wedding at the Spokane Club for Ashley and Robert two Saturdays ago. It’s down near Riverfront Park in Spokane WA. It was a long 15hr day, but everyone did great the urban location made for amazing photographs. Ashley an Bob (Robert) were really fun to work with and we had a great time, ending the night with some amazing sparkler images.
I’ve finished prep and album design finished ahead of schedule. There were so many beautiful images, that trying to keep the album to a reasonable size was a challenge. Here’s a slidshow of the story. The the pages you see here will be printed in one of our leather storybooks with the gorgeous 10×20 spreads. It’s going to be beautiful. Enjoy… Gav
Saturday’s wedding was for Amanda and Travis. They were a really fun couple. You may recall I did an Engagement session for them earlier this summer. The wedding was at a the Alliance Church in Moses Lake. Things went great except for a small hitch. Travis set the ring into a small safe and it got locked. No big deal except the combination was locked inside. His friends ended up having the break open the safe with sledge hammer to get to the ring, but everything went on as planned.
After the ceremony we went to the college campus. We took some fun shots on the college baseball field. Then over to the reception at the ATEC Center. It was a really nice location with plenty of room. Eric, our DJ from Audio FX kept the party going throughout the evening. Here’s a few favorites. Last week I had the pleasure of shooting a great wedding for Emily and Chase in Orondo, on the Columbia river (A few miles outside of Wenatchee). Their wedding was outdoors at a friends house right on the river and had a great view.
Here’s a few of my favorite pictures from the wedding. I especially enjoyed the shots of Chase carrying Emily in the river. I always like to do something unique and fun with each couple to help make their photo collection a bit more amazing. I’ll be photographing Amanda & Travis’s wedding in Moses Lake this September. Last Friday we got me meet up, and we shot an engagement session for them.
Here’s a few favorites from the session. We found some really neat places to shoot in Moses Lake, and I’m stoked about how they turned out.
