Last Saturday I was photographer at a really neat wedding over at Hidden Meadow, for Kelly & Steele (the couple I posted engagement photos of a few weeks back). Hidden meadow is simple but beautifully done. It’s like a giant garden oasis in the middle of the Moses Lake area dessert and made a stunning backdrop for Kelly & Steele to say their vows and enjoy family & friends.
Kelly and Steel are on their honeymoon now and when they get back we’ll wrap up their album and get a proof gallery of the whole photo collection. For now here’s a sneak peak with a few favorites of what’s to come. Enjoy the view… Gav

Last night we went down to Wenatchee and headed to the river with Jayme and Brandon (I posted a sneak peak on their wedding last week). We took this wedding dress and cut it off at the knees, giving it a cropped jaggy look. This was for two reasons. First, it was looked really good. Second, a full dress gets really heavy when wet and Jayme needed to be able to move in the water. Justin took the helm and I hung off the back with the gear getting the action.
Afterwords we found a place on the shore and get some sexy romantic images before walking back to the launch. Both Jayme and Brandon were troopers. While it all looks cozy, the river water is cold right now and the wind was blowing a bit. They were great and as a result will have a bunch of amazing photos to add to their wedding collection. I’m totally thrilled with the results. Here’s a few favorite, but stay tune for more when the whole wedding posts… Gav

What a nice couple. Kelley and Steele are getting married soon at Hidden Meadow in Moses Lake. We had to put off their e-session for a little while because Steele had a run in with the ground at an MX race and broke a few bones. He’s back on the go again however and ready to go. (Just make sure you stay in one piece until wedding Steele ;).
Anyhow they came over to Ephrata a few days ago. After hanging out at my studio and chatting about their wedding, we went down to Oasis Park for some beautiful photos. Weather has been pretty wet lately, but it cleared up for their session and we had a beautiful evening. Here’s just a few of my favorites. I think their wedding is going to be awesome and I’m looking forward to being a part of it. Stay tuned… Gav
